With Pathfinder, Impressions and Small Press "new" releases, it's one of the bigger weeks of the year so far.

New releases at your FLGS

Paizo Publishing is in stores with more Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Pathfinder #106: For Queen & Empire, Inner Sea Intrigue, Magic Tactics Toolbox, Ire of the Storm, and related accessories. (Source: Leisure Games, Steve Donohue)

Remember when Shabbath was lidded? AA#33: The Halls of Lidless Shabbath is the newest release from Expeditious Retreat Press for Old School Reference and Index Compilation (OSRIC). I don't think being lidless has improved her disposition. (Source: Impressions)

What's that on store shelves? Towers Two and World of the Lost have been released into distribution from Lamentations of the Flame Princess (for Lamentations of the Flame Princess, of course). (Source: Impressions)

In the You-Never-Know department, several "small press" games have been spotted at Leisure Games. Most of these are Kickstarter projects that Leisure Games backed at the retail level or perhaps they special ordered. Most have been "released" before (none have 2016 dates in the database), but this is the first time I've seen them in a store (YMMV): Microscope Explorer from Lame Mage Productions, Downfall from Caroline Hobbs, The Colors of the Sky: Bonus Material for Golden Sky Stories from Star Line Publishing, Ryuutama: Natural Fantasy Role Play from Kotodama Heavy Industries, and Open Anime from Battlefield Press, Inc.. (Source: Leisure Games)

New PDF releases

D&D PDFs this week: G2: The Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl (1E), PC2: Top Ballista (Basic), S3: Expedition to the Barrier Peaks (1E), Tarus's Banquet (3.5; s's ?!?), and The Temple of Redcliff.

(Note: Due to time constraints, I only cover the WotC D&D PDFs and anything that I receive as a tip. Let us know about new PDFs you've seen in the comments. If you would like to cover PDFs, please let us know!)

If two days late is two dollars short, why wasn't I told math and money would be involved?

New releases at your FLGS

New PDF releases

True-ish story. This Dwarf holds me hostage for two days in a storage locker. He'll only tell me that I need to hang tight for news from Lars. Turns out that SRM06-03: Ancient Rumblings is now available for Shadowrun (5th Edition) from Catalyst Game Labs. If you listen close, you'll hear me banging on the door in a future episode of Storage Wars.

D&D PDFs this week: MC01: Monstrous Compendium (Volume One) (2E), MC02: Monstrous Compendium (Volume Two) (2E), The Crumbling Hall of the Frost Giant Jarl (3E), and The Sea Witch (3E).

It's a pretty big week of releases from some of the heavier hitters in the industry. See anything you like?

New releases at your FLGS

It's Pathfinder Roleplaying Game release week. This time Paizo Publishing is releasing Pathfinder #105: The Inferno Gate, Armor Master's Handbook, and Heaven Unleashed (along with related accessories). (Source: Leisure Games, Steve Donohue)

Hitting distribution for the first time, it's Third Eye Games' Part-Time Gods of Fate which features art from RPGG's own Melissa Gay. (Source: Alliance)

Cubicle 7 Entertainment has cranked up the time machine and delivered The Tenth Doctor Sourcebook, The Eleventh Doctor Sourcebook, and All of Time and Space Volume 1 (for Doctor Who: Adventures in Time and Space of course) onto store shelves. (Source: Leisure Games)

Green Ronin Publishing had a clear objective this month. A Song of Ice and Fire Narrator's Kit, Revised Edition, Mutants and Masterminds Game Masters Kit (Revised), and Fantasy Age Game Master's Kit have all been released into distribution. (Source: Leisure Games)

Wyrd Miniatures continues its strong, recent support of Through the Breach. Penny Dreadful: Nythera is a Penny Dreadful that will span four or more "epic" adventures. (Source: Leisure Games)

New PDF releases

An ork from Seattle knocked on my door. I knew he was from Seattle since he was wearing a Sounders scarf. Anyway, he tells me that Seattle Sprawl Digital Box is now available (at the Battleshop and OBS) in PDF for Shadowrun (5th Edition) from Catalyst Game Labs. I tell him to say hi to Lars.

D&D PDFs this week: Cave of the Spiders (3.5), CM7: The Tree of Life (Basic), Tower in the Ice (3.5), and M1: Into the Maelstrom (Basic)

(Note: Due to time constraints, I only cover the WotC D&D PDFs and anything that I receive as a tip. Let us know about new PDFs you've seen in the comments. If you would like to cover PDFs, please let us know!)

There's a nice variety of releases this week, and one that marks the end of a line...

New releases at your FLGS

The last book for Atlas Games' Ars Magica (5th Edition) is now in stores. Dies Irae - A Book of Wrathful Days presents four different great threats to Mythic Europe. Will your covenant survive? (Source: Alliance)

Here's one that wasn't on my radar... Beyonder is a new RPG that's debuting the core book Beyonder and Imbelnhi's Bestiary in distribution. From Flying Nightbear Games, this Fantasy RPG features unique races and aims for a "low-heroic" tone. (Source: Alliance)

Grimtooth's Ultimate Traps Collection debuted at Goodman Games' booth at Gen Con 2015 but is just now hitting distribution in a variety of formats. (Source: Impressions)

Modiphius Entertainment has really been pumping out the releases lately. This week's batch features Secrets of the DUST (an Achtung! Cthulhu sourcebook for Savage Worlds, Call of Cthulhu (2nd - 6th Edition), and DUST Adventures Roleplaying Game); the long awaited Assault on the Mountains of Madness (an Achtung! Cthulhu campaign for Savage Worlds and Call of Cthulhu (2nd - 6th Edition); and Symbaroum Core Rulebook (the English translation of the Swedish Fantasy RPG - also from Järnringen). (Source: Impressions)

Pelgrane Press is in stores with High Magic and Low Cunning (along with a map folio) for 13th Age. This presents 45 different encounters for your game. They've also released Seven Wonders which is collection of seven story games from UK-based designers. (Source: Impressions)

The newest release in distribution for Castles & Crusades is Shadows of a Green Sky. This is being billed as an "Open and Play" product that contains all the rules need to play the adventure. I believe this was initially released at Free RPG Day 2015. From Troll Lord Games, of course! (Source: Impressions)

New PDF releases

D&D PDFs this week: DA1: Adventures in Blackmoor (Basic), Fast Play Game: Eye of the Wyvern (2E), Fang, Beak, and Claw (3E), Shoals of Intrigue (3E), and WG5: Mordenkainen's Fantastic Adventure (1E).

Funded by Kickstarter, Monte Cook Games' No Thank You, Evil! is now available to everyone. (Source: Leisure Games)

It looks like March is leaving as a lamb...

New releases at your FLGS

Wyrd Miniatures is in stores this week with two releases for Through the Breach. Under Quarantine is a Resurrectionist faction sourcebook. That pairs well with the Penny Dreadful A Night in Rottenburg which is a four session adventure in the Quarantine Zone. (Source: Alliance, Leisure Games)

New PDF releases

D&D PDFs this week: Faiths and Pantheons (3E), Into the Frozen Waste (3E), and Lest Darkness Rise (3.5). I'm early, so it wouldn't surprise me if other items appeared later today.

(Note: Due to time constraints, I only cover the WotC D&D PDFs and anything that I receive as a tip. Let us know about new PDFs you've seen in the comments. If you would like to cover PDFs, please let us know!)

Other Products

Pre-orders for Pathfinder #104: Wrath of Thrune, Inner Sea Faiths, and Ultimate Intrigue have been received by some folks. For Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, from Paizo Publishing of course. I'll report on them again when they hit stores... which should be very soon. (Thanks to sdonohue for the tip!)

U, Robot from Matt Youngmark and inkle Studios has been released at Amazon. Available as an ebook for only 99 cents (US), this interactive novella allows you to "take control of a giant worker robot, a humanoid replicant, or a sentient nanobot swarm and throw off the chains of robot oppression (or save humanity from the looming robocalypse, but seriously, where’s the fun in that?)." (Thanks to Sam/Bifford for the tip!)
