I decided not to include all the conditions based on the premise that having markers for every condition would make it very difficult to find the one you need out of a huge pile. The "Other" markers can be used for the missing conditions, in which case it should be clear what they stand for (if you're in an encounter where people are getting deafened, dominated, and restrained, then please forgive me). I did quick search using the DDI Compendium to see how many times the conditions popped up in powers and monster stat blocks to determine which conditions were most frequent.
I differentiated the conditions that grant combat advantage (as well as having empty gray markers for those powers that deal with combat advantage) for all the rogues out there.
I made these markers with the intention of placing two markers back to back and pinching them between small (3/4" wide) binder clips, then removing the metal arms to make a nice stand-up marker.
If anyone has any suggestions about what I should put in the empty cells, I'd like to hear some ideas.
