Mechanical pencil recommended.
Technical notes:
Made in Apple's Pages on OSX. Icons screen-caps from the card files, and adjusted in Lemke Software's Graphic Converter, then scaled in Pages. Distilled to PDF using OSX print-to-pdf functionality. Writing Lines at 5 LPI.
21 dec 09 Revision shrinks graphics slightly, adds reminder on tagging for tech and interface, and for memeories.
