Character record sheet & house rules (these have been play tested in my home game) for adding Burning Wheel style Beliefs, Instincts, & Traits to your D&D game. The rules were designed for 4E D&D but could be easily adapted to almost any ruleset.
Yes. You can look under 4E's session reports here (or on my blog for the deluxe versions) for my Osirion campaign. We started using BITs about midway through and I comment on some of their use in the commentary section. However, we switched over to using Fate a couple sessions ago and everyone is loving it - every player, even my one 4E holdout, have decided they enjoy the freedom and fast pace of Fate much more than 4E's cards and blown rolls.
