Microbadge Request & Design Feedback Geeklist 2.0

Now that our microbadges are up and running again thanks to cscottk we now have the main MB Thread for microbadge submission discussion and requests. The main thread moves so quickly however; sometimes requests or design feedback gets caught up in daily discussion.
Feel free to use this list to add either a request or a work in progress to be discussed by fellow designers. The geeklist format will allow a specific discussion the chance to reside under a particular item.
Request..."your request here"
When adding a request please use this format [Request..."your request here"] (replacing 'your request here' with your specific request) at the top of your item with [ size=18 ] [ /size ] around it for designers to quickly identify pending requests.
Once a request has been satisfied please either update the item with "complete" or delete the entry. I will delete entries as they are completed or have remained stagnant for too long. Feel free to repost a request if one has previously been deleted.
When posting multiple requests in one item please keep the number of requests to a minimum. This allows for shorter discussion under each item and allows me to clean them out when they are completed successfully.

These blocks of images help you see the progress of the submitted designs. When a mouseover appears it indicates that the submission was accepted and is now ready for purchase. If there is no mouseover it is either still pending approval or it was declined.
