All I know about this book (besides the name) is that Inquest Magazine called it a core rulebook for Cyberpunk 2020. (I never owned this item and played and ran Cyberpunk games just fine, so.)

It's actually a GM guide for the game, more about giving hints on how to run and give the referee a "how to GM" source that is tailored specifically to Cyberpunk. I would not call it a "Core" book, but I could think of no one book in the cyberpunk line that is more worth owning.

Having run it, it can be run as a genuine RPG in both serious and silly modes. Earlier editions also supported board-game play; the Deluxe doesn't quite.

Take two unrelated nouns. Slap together. Write a backstory to make sense of the name. Voilá... Ninja Burger.

The edition pictured is almost a board game. It's also great fun with the right group of truly warped individuals.

Take two guys at work who don't want to walk to the front floor to let in the delivery guy. Wish that delivery guys could get past locked doors without needing assistance. Realise they'd have to be ninja. Create humour website based on this idea. Milk it for money by creating a humourously written but not very well playtested boardgame. Exclude board and justify exclusion by calling it a RPG. Voila.

I think the weirdest RPG name I've ever come across in my life was this one.

I played this game quite a few time when I was a teenager, and I have fond memories of my Space Marine-like character who was one of the dutiful executioners of the "Butcher of the Universe".
