Masterbook, Torg, and Shatterzone all have the same extended mechanic system.

The GM sets 2-4 waypoint tasks, and may require them to be in order. Each action, one flips a card, looking for the letter for the next step(s). When the letter sought comes up, the task is resolved. Each card flip is a specified period of time, and two opposing sides may be doing simultaneous tasks in a race.

Social conflicts are explicitly part of the allowed range, but are not dwelt upon at all.

Most of my rated games are ranked.

I do rank Knights of the Dinner Table higher than Tank Girl, but that's not really an RPG is it?

As for Tank Girl, well I only rate it a 5. I have not played it using it's rules but have used much of the content. It's a fun read and does the movie justice at least.

I do have a couple of unranked games I would probably rate higher than Tank Girl (Star Trek, Dark Conspiracy, Cadillacs & Dinosaurs, Judge Dredd) but I've not played them, except for Dredd, or gone through them in enough detail to justify rating them.

Judge Dredd D20 is a tricky one for me to rate due to bad adventures, hence I've not rated it yet.

Big Tank Girl fan, and this is a fun read. I love the 'Real' Bastard Sword. No intention of ever actually running a game based on this system though.

Masterbook does play pretty well... counting the close variant Torg, there are setting books for a dozen different genres available. (Torg uses 1d20 instead of 2d10, but otherwise is mechanically the same.)

Oh, and Masterbook easily converts to d6: divide by three to get dice, use the modulus 3 (ie, the div by 3's remainder) for the pips.
