The "Truly Universal Role-Playing Engine."

This is a generic/universal RPG. Characters are built using a number of points (varied by the power level of the game) that are spent on attributes and skills. Task resolution is performed by rolling percentile dice, aiming to roll below a character's relevant attribute value that has been divided by (the complexity of the task less the level of the character's relevant skill).
