As a kid, Lindsay Durbin really wanted to be a veterinarian. Then one fateful day, she found out that they had to actually perform surgeries and deal with blood and stuff, instead of just sitting around playing with different animals. It was then she realized how awesome drawing was, and have been doing so ever since. (She also realized the importance of speaking in the third person.) Her major influences include the Bill Watterson's Calvin and Hobbes and Saturday morning cartoons, before they started to stink.
She currently holds an M.F.A and B.F.A. in Sequential Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In the process of obtaining her Masters, she met fellow cartoonist James Hornsby and the two got hitched surrounded by loving family and comic nerds, then jetted out of Savannah.
In her spare time, she is easily sucked into mid-rotting video games or reads a pile of books, both funny-books and "those real ones."
