Description Edit | History

The owner and lead designer at Creepy Doll Studios.

I hate writing about me, no really. So I'm just going to stick to why we're here.

I started playing Tabletop RPGs in 1979 with 'Red Box' Dungeons & Dragons and quickly moving into Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. This grew into a ridiculous collection of various systems. I was fortunate, I could get them as soon as they came out.

I started to eventually hack systems making home-brew games to fit my needs. And about 1998 I was finally making my own systems. At the time, I had no idea about indie publishing and had not put much thought into releasing these games as an actual "thing." So the systems, and many other ideas sat on my computer collecting dust.

Around 2008 I was yapping it up with Jaye Sonia of Storm Bunny Studios. He was working on Rhune; Dawn of Twilight. Jaye explained to me how I was being lazy, and being of no service to you, the gaming community. He was much nicer about it, but that's the essence of it. So with a kick in the ass region, I was on my way.

Being completely new to this, I came out the box making massive mistakes. And that's when I discovered how really awesome these game designers are. So many great people, and so much great help. I'm actually going to be able to make these games for you. I would be able to do so faster if I had money to burn, I would be able to hire out much of the work. But that's just not how I work. So the majority of the games you will be getting from me are 100% done by me.

I'll pass my saving on to you though, and keep my prices within reason for what you get.

Happy gaming!
