Biography:
Richard Baker has been gaming since 1978. He started with Avalon Hill games such as Panzer Blitz and Victory in the Pacific and fell into Dungeons & Dragons after reading "The Hobbit." He left active duty in the Navy and started working for TSR in 1991. His favorite role-playing game is Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition which he helped design.
