The cards are comprised of the various race cards, many items both magical and mundane, skills ranging from the novice level all the way to master, spells, several monsters of various levels, and even a pre-made adventure!

Compact Heroes is played like a traditional role-playing game but with the portability of a card game. No large books or bags of dice to lug around, and yet you get the same sandboxy experience of a traditional role-playing game. And because it's skill based, the options are nearly endless on how you advance your character.
