Characters in the game are defined by archetype, or concept, and then by Skills. The game does not use ranks or values, however - characters possess a Skill or they don't. The setting is more developed than the rules (the game apparently is intended as a diceless system). Many aspects of the setting are similar to traditional "cyberpunk" tropes but the setting does not feature a "dark future" tone. Instead, the large biotech buildings are presented as, essentially, neutral structures in which humans live and work.
