Dhowin's Rest itself is a low mound that anywhere else could be missed by casual travelers. On the bleak Plains of Yhaunn the mound draws the eye like a magnet. It is about 10 paces wide by some 15 paces long and egg shaped. Grass grows thickly on its smooth surface. Near the southern end there is a small depression where a few stones protrude like bones picked clean by the ravens that circle constantly looking for stray sheep or goats.
This adventure was quite widely circulated on USENET in a variety of file formats. Differences between the various versions are superficial only - occasional fixes of typographical errors, etc. The wide variety of file formats appears to be nothing more than various file type conversions during distribution as nearly all of them date from the end of 1998.
