From the publishers "About Us" webpage:
There are conflicting stories regarding the begining of DaemonEye publishing. The story may be that in 2002, an inspired author of role playing games named Tyler Barrell decided to take over - we mean save - the world, one role player at a time. In 2007, he joined forces with his friend Tristan Eifler, the current owner of DaemonEye. They started small, and it was a rocky beginning. They even began as a limited liability company, which Tristan and Tyler have now determined is about as absurd as the Bush presidency. After one disasterous conference in 2007, Tristan and Tyler decided to the best thing to do was to take the internet by storm (since the internet is not just for porn), and this website was born.
The company is still growing, and new projects and products are being worked on daily. DaemonEye is commited to offering quality gaming products at an affordable price. We believe that gaming should be fun and accessible to all, not restricively expensive and elitist. In line with this philosophy, we hope that you will find that our products are acessibly priced. In some cases, we know you will find they are, in fact, free of charge. We hope that you will happily geek out with our games systems, and share them with friends. Most of all - have fun!
