Set on the world of Krynn, this series of modules form "books" telling the story of the player characters' adventures. The first 14 modules of the Dragonlance series are intended to be played sequentially and apart from other campaign development. Modules 15 and 16 were released two years after the original run finished, while linked into the story they do not continue it. The first module notes some major differences from a typical Advanced Dungeons and Dragons campaign, most significantly the lack of Gods, cleric spells and dragons.
