The Braune Reihe (brown series) is a series of sourcebooks that describe certain aspects of the world of Aventurien in an "in-game"-style consisting of stories and quotes from adventurers or scholars. Nearly no new rules are given, and if so, they are presented apart from the main text body at the back of the book.
All of the books have a brown cover, hence the name.
Up to now, only one book exists of this series, but more are announced.
