I'm a little confused. Was Delta Green published in a WotC D20 version AND a Chaosium CoC BRP version, or was it printed in such a way that you could use it with either system? I have a bunch of CoC items and am interested in picking up Delta Green, but don't want to buy something I can't run by mistake.

Well the copy of Delta Green (and DG:Countdown) I have are for CoC - but then I have the original versions.

From what I have read (reviews, Wikipedia) the reprint had everything the original had but also include D20 stat blocks as well as the CoC ones.

Having looked at the rpgitem page I can see how you are confused. That nickname probably ought to be changed. I've submitted a correction so that it says "Delta Green (CoC/D20 edition)".

The most recent printing of Delta Green had the stats for both BRP and d20.

As Andy Leighton notes, the d20 edition adds in d20 stat blocks, possibly accounting for the increase in pages from the 1996 softcover (298) to the d20 hardcover (336). I don't have the original to compare any other changes, though.

I've submitted a front cover for the d20 edition and submitted ISBN/product code info for the d20 edition version listing.

The original Delta Green, published in 1996 was straight BRP.

The more recent edition has both BRP and d20 stats, some textual corrections, and true to the nature of publishing, a missing sentence.;)

If you buy the either version, you'll be able to use it with standard Call of Cthulhu.
