The excellent British magazine geared towards Delta Green.
I particularly like issue #2 focusing on Pisces!!!!
#3 is great and it ties in with Conyers anthology Spiralling Worm...
#4 was supposed to come out as a Vietnam war issue but its been 5 years now and no go.

Over at the yog-sothoth.com forum for Black Seal, the editor as of 30 Jun 2009 still says it's in-the-works for issue four. It'd be nice if they offered all four issues in a PDF package for those of us who missed the earlier issues....

Issues 1-3 are out in pdf, and the Vietnam issue is scheduled for mid-2011. Possibly, issue 4 follows thereafter.
