Your mouse hovered over the badge? Congratulations! It has been immersed in acid and perished. Do you want to try again?

The monster you seek can be found somewhere in a tower in Terra Australis Ignota.

I thought we'd gotten away clean, stealing an Imperial Courier and making our way back to the Resurgence at the rendezvous point. Guess I was wrong. However, I do have one question: How did the Empire get here before us?

I was at the controls of the courier with Deel beside me, whilst curious Tazia wandered about flicking switches on and off. I worried about what she was doing, but one thing I've learnt in this life is not to argue with a 7-foot cat warrior who considers the lightsabers she's been collecting to be her claws. Given her normal conversation, an ability to fix advanced technology was not one of the skills she possessed.

We emerged from hyperspace into a fire fight: the Resurgence was under attack from several Imperial Star Destroyers and TIE fighters and our smaller Rebel craft were everywhere. The battle looked like it had been going for some time given the debris about. Even as we looked, the Resurgence took a hit amidships which created a large hole in its side. Emergency force fields cut in to protect it, but it was obvious that the situation was rather less than perfect. Then we got a distress call from the Resurgence - Captain Varana was trapped and couldn't escape! There was one thing we could do, and so I sent our courier into the midst of the battle, hoping to rendezvous with the Resurgence and rescue our friends!

Six TIE Fighters broke off from their battles and came in our direction. Deel and I activated our weapons and began to blast them out of the sky - well, as much as we could. Some of them were ducking and weaving a bit too much! Our lights flickered as we were hit once - and again! Electrical fires sprouted up from fused circuit boards and I was amazed to see that Tazia knew how to put them out - and then replace the damage circuit boards! Our hull was somewhat damaged, but the shields were holding. Deel destroyed the fifth of the attacking TIEs, and the lone remaining one broke off and headed for safety. We docked with an emergency hatch on the hull of the Resurgence, and headed into a ship on its last legs. Yes, not the safest place to be.

I'm not a bad resistance fighter, but I'm hardly an acrobat. That was what I really needed to be as we made our way through mangled decks, past stormtrooper patrols, and into hangars where live power cables hung and spluttered dangerously. Tazia is an acrobat and managed to survive all of this quite well. Neither Deel nor I were as fortunate and by the end of the trip to the bridge, we were sporting a few nasty cuts and bruises.

Of course, Captain Verana was under attack by a number of elite stormtroopers when we reached the bridge. Deel and I were caught close to a frag grenade blast which quite wrecked my sleeve, but Tazia just charged in with lightsabers whirling and caused them a lot of trouble. It was then that we got the news that Master Denia had been captured by Inquisitors - we really needed to rescue her! So, giving the Admiral and the remaining bridge crew directions to reach the courier and escape, we set off to intercept the Inquisitors escorting Denia.

Of course, we ran into more Inquisitors first, who delayed us significantly. We did manage to rescue their prisoners, but as we reached the hangar we saw the Inquisitors launch their shuttle with Denia aboard. NOOOO!!!!

We also saw the architect of our misfortune: Admiral Varth. The ingrate had sold us out to the Empire! He also managed to escape, and we faced a pitched battle with several Inquisitors and Stormtroopers before we could ourselves steal an Imperial shuttle and escape from the doomed Resurgence. We saw its proud form break apart moments after we left, and I plotted in the hyperspace co-ordinates just ahead of the Star Destroyers moving in our direction. The Empire had struck at our rebellion with a vengeance - what now for us?
