We're getting ready to start our first Google Wave game of Penny which strikes me as a perfect game for the medium. There are 4 players and we're using the standard set of facts & reassurances, as well as the standard questions.

The standard 4 questions are:

1. Recall a pleasant memory.

When I think of ... I remember...

What was pleasant about it?

2. Recall an unpleasant memory.

When I think of ... I remember...

What was unpleasant about it?

3. Recall how you came to be here.

When I think of ... I remember...

How did you lose your memory?

4. Do you want to remember your past?

Here are our memory triggers:

1. A christmas tree, bare of decoration
2. Holding hands in the freezing cold
3. Off key music
4. A sharp pain in the small of the back
5. The lurch of an old elevator
6. The sound of waves crashing against the shore.
7. Lying on a bed staring at the ceiling, the absolute silence battering your mind.
8. Swaying drunkenly as you hammer out "Born to be Wild" at a karaoke bar.
9. The smell of coffee.
10. Fields of bright red poppies disappearing into the distance.
11. The pitter-patter of rain on the bedroom window.
12. A clump of white dog hair on a rug.
13. The smell of apples and peaches rotting under the trees of an orchard in mid autumn.
14. A flickering, humming, nearly burnt out florescent light bulb.
15. The third movement from Gyorgy Ligeti's Musica Ricercata.
16. The smell of roasting turkey
17. The sound of tires screeching on the pavement.
18. The taste of blood on your lips
19. A room in complete disarray (clothes, books, and items strewn all about; furniture tipped over)
20. The sound of a dentist's drill.

My next session post will be the results of the first round of questions once they're done.
