The guide book implies that you should have a minimum of three players and up to five, if I read things correctly:

Upon deciding to undergo the procedure, you were kept at the Institute until two to four additional patients with similar conditions could be found to assemble a therapy group.
I'm wondering if my assumption is correct, or if it could be played with two or with more than 5 people since, at the beginning, you start with:
Quote:
A bowl of pennies containing at least four pennies per patient.
Which brings me to my final question: Why at least four. Why not just four (per patient)?
There isn't a line in the game description that says "# of players", or the poll on "plays best with this number of players" like there is in the boardgame section of this site.
I feel that this information is very useful to someone wanting to buy it.
