Oh, not in Utica, no. It's an Albany expression.

I could have sworn that I saw recently* that Delta Green was getting reprinted; is it already out of print again? I went looking for it on a limb as was seeing the low end of prices starting at about $70 USD.
*Possibly anywhere from a year to a few months ago.

It was reprinted in 2006. The text is the same as the 96 edition, with typos corrected and d20 stats added in.
One nice thing about the re-release is that it's dropped the price on the 1996 version. You can pick that up for under $40 at places like Noble Knight

They better reprint it again. I don't know why they wouldn't; there's definitely demand for it. I'm not paying 90 bucks for a used RPG book, which is the going rate.

Demand is a funny thing. Even a shortage of 1 copy will cause a price spike. There is a famous video game called Radiant Silvergun which sells for $150. The reason: there are more willing buyers than sellers. Why wouldn't they release a new version when any single copy offered up sells in hours for 3x the original price? Simple - the demand for it is measured in hundreds (not tens of thousands). Same with Delta Green. There aren't 100,000 people frothing for a copy. There are hundreds or low thousands wanting a copy and since less people are willing to give up their copies the price is driven sky high. If they reprint (usually you want to commit to a large number of print copies when you send it to the printers), the demand is filled very quickly and the rest sit on shelves waiting for the less rabid to come by and pick it up (or worse, waiting for a deep blow-out discount). Economics is really interesting stuff.
Having said that, if they feel they can meet demand and still move enough product to make it profitable... they will reprint.

Sadly that's the crappy D20 version.

This version has all the text from the BRP version WITH the d20 stats added in. The d20 stats do not replace the BRP stats. It's dual-statted.
There's no reason to pay through the nose for the 1996 printing unless you're a collector. The 2006 version has everything that the 1996 version had with textual corrections and d20 stats added in.
To quote the item's description on the linked to page:
Quote: Add this sourcebook to your Keeper's toolkit and play using either Wizards of the Coast’s Call of Cthulhu d20 system or Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu Basic Roll Playing (BRP) system.

Nope. Just the outrageously priced out of print BRP version.
