Noticed the prices for this have spiked. Has this gone out of print and are there any plans to reprint it if it has?

I wouldn't think so. Vincent still sells it himself from the unstore, so he at least has copies. And I don't remember the price changing, perhaps a little. Might be different from other sources.

I'm seeing eBay prices for this in the $60+ range. Is this a case of people preying on people's ignorance? Amazon lists it as unavailable (See the link at the top or bottom of the thread), which no doubt is contributing to the problem.

I dug through Vincent's site looking for it and yes, despite the original sale site having changed, it appears to still be in print.

Yes.

Often you will see prices on ebay that are completely out of the range of reality. I often see things that have RARE! in the title and so the person sets the "buy it now" price at a really high price. This is simply preying upon those that don't shop around. I see it on ebay all the time - just yesterday I saw the same product that I could get for 9.99 + shipping from one seller have a couple of people trying to sell it at $40 buy it now.

(Finally) grabbed a copy of this at KublaCon over Memorial Day weekend.

The vendors there were selling it for cover price.
