OK, I've been thinking about doing it for a while and Dave's initiative has pushed me into the realms of activity.
Some rules were made to be broken. This is not one of them.
The Ferengi Alliance stands on the brink of financial ruin. Only five intrepid cowardly, stalwart bribable, creative conniving Ferengi on an amazing mission stand between the Grand Nagus and total ruin.
And every one of them wants to turn a profit.
The stakes are high, the galaxy is full of rivals and spies and the danger is uncomfortably close. Grab your Tube Grubs, your Beetle Snuff and your Moogie; it's going to be a bumpy ride.
This game is for five players. It has previously run as a con module at Sydcon about a decade ago. Expect comedy, the odd Star Trek reference and little need for system knowledge.
I'm probably not in, but I'll be shocked if Narl doesn't want in. I also think Stargate, who has a fondness for quoting the rules of acquisition, should jump in.

I have noticed the odd Trekkie around here, it's true.
Bob bought the Rules of Acquisition book after I mentioned that it existed, so I'm sure he'd enjoy this.
I'm happy to run multiple times if there's that much interest.
All the fine traditions and the skill/ Come from my elders from the long line down/ Are mine to use, to raise our craft's renown/ And mine to teach again with reverent will.

As someone who played in that con module, I don't think it would be appropriate to play again, but I will assure those of you considering this that it was a hilarious game last time, and Jaime has only improved his GMing skills since then.
Challenge your preconceptions or they will challenge you.
