Turning my back to the woman, I charge towards the door the paper boy had opened.

"Move!"

I push the paper boy ahead of me as I go through the door and slam it shut behind me. The room we're standing in is small and dimly lit, but that's all I notice before I reach the other side and go through the next door. The boy is stumbling along beside me.

"You'll... have to... lead the way," I pant as we run down the corridor.

*Bang!*

Behind us, the door slams open. I look over my shoulder, and the receptionist is standing prefectly still in the doorway. She looks different somehow, but it's too hard to see in the murky light.

"shhhDon't shhhslow shhhdown, shhhwe shhhave shhhto shhhurry!"

The moment I wrench my eyes away from the shadowy figure to hurry to the door the boy is standing beside, I hear the rustling of paper behind me.

I'm psyched up to roll dice if you want. If not, lead the way!

We must be...increasingly on the alert to prevent them from taking over other mineshaft space, in order to breed more prodigiously than we do, thus, knocking us out in superior numbers when we emerge!

You turn to run as the rustling sound of paper gets closer. You hear a wet ripping sound, like a water-filled balloon slowly ripping outwards and take the moment to glance over your shoulder. You stumble over a pile of newspapers as the freakishly ripped in half face of the woman comes running at you from behind. Jagged wet rubbery teeth line the cavity where her skull would have been and a long slavering paper tongue lolls about as she moves to all fours and makes a running leap, landing on top of you and pinning you to the ground. She snaps her paper-cut sharp teeth at your face and you're almost overwhelmed with the smell of ink and mold.

You're pinned and this bitch weights a ton! You've got to act quickly if you're going to survive this one. I'll be rolling at a difficulty of three. Good luck!

I'll add one madness dice.

Discipline 1d6 = (1) = 1
Discipline 1d6 = (4) = 4
Discipline 1d6 = (2) = 2
Exhastion 1d6 = (6) = 6
Exhastion 1d6 = (1) = 1

Madness 1d6 = (3) = 3

Four successes with Exhastion dominating.

Wowzas! That's...a ton of successes! I'll post my rolls soon

Pain 1d6 = (6) = 6
Pain 1d6 = (4) = 4
Pain 1d6 = (6) = 6

NO successes! But pain definitely dominates. Let's hear some awesome narration on how you take care of this creep.
