There is just one edition, with four printings. The most recent printing is the 4th Printing and is the one most commonly available. Paizo supplies errata in PDF form for the first three printings (to bring each up to the 4th Printing) and even a very early 1st printing only has a few small pages of errata. The book is very clean but if you go buy one today you will most likely get a 3rd or 4th printing and those are totally fine - the tiny errata will not affect your play in any significant way.

As for a "Pathfinder-2" edition? Not on the horizon. Paizo has recently and publically stated that they are not in the habit of releasing new core rule sets. They put out Pathfinder so the d20 core could be still in print and want to spend their time extending it in interesting ways (witness Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate Combat and Ultimate Magic) and, more especially, their Pathfinder Adventure Path modules.

There's only one edition. Several printings, but they are all very close to each other, as there have been very few errata.

The Paizo crew have publicly stated several times that they do not have any plans for a new edition of the game, so I think we are safe for several years. (To this point, sales have been increasing, so there's no economic reason to put one out, either.)
