Indie RPG Awards Announced: Hillfolk takes another top prize

The latest round of Indie RPG Awards have now been announced at Gen Con. These are called the 2013 awards, as games and books published during that year are eligible. The awards are "decided by a voting community made up of dozens of peers in the Independent RPG Design/Publishing Community."
