Inexorable Cities: City Sourcebooks for Fantasy RPGs

Indianaexplanation does not equal excuse
I wanted to take a tour of all of the cities which have been created for rpgs. This list tries to bring together fantasy rpg sourcebooks which cover a specific city or cities. Such a book should devote at least a third of its material to the presentation of the city as a setting. A module which presents a city and sets its adventure there should be included. Regional sourcebooks which spend the majority of their time on a particular city fit here as well. It should not be a generic "city" but a specific one with a history, character and detail.
While this list covers cities from fantasy games, including historical fantasy, I've put together lists for other settings:
* Iniquitous Cities: for historical and modern games
* Infinite Cities: science fiction, near future and post-apocalypse games. Obviously the line gets a little blurry depending on the game.
I've also built a list, Incomplete Cities, which covers generic city sourcebooks: books which talk about urban campaigns in the abstract or provide materials intended to be useful for building cities or adding elements to one.
There are obviously many, many sourcebooks like these, and I've only scratched the surface. I'd like this to be a good reference list for the future. Fantasy games have the largest number of citybooks- to start I've pulled one or two from various settings, but there's plenty more. I'm hoping others will spot and add items to this list. Please feel free to do so!
