Description Edit | History

from the introduction (user translation):
Epées & Sorcellerie is a role playing game inspired by the very first one published in 1974 by Dave Arneson and Gary Gygax. This is not a translation, far from it, but rather a french adaptation of a game that has never been published anywhere before in that language. The original rules are startlingly simple and vague to anyone familiar with the later versions. No truly canonical version exists, only a rereading often filtered down through the history of role-playing games, the memories of the oldest players, or their interpretations which are as numerous as they are judicous.
