Solas the Elder
Solas the Elder, Sethist leader of the Solas tribe on Barris-Kul. The Sethist are a global tribe which can shift its consciousness through the planet to re-materialize from the indigenous crystal, forming new bodies from the silicon components.
Barris-Kul: A one page world
A quick write-up of Barris Kul. A small planet in the Tier Expanse, consisting of a crystalline subterranean underworld and some funky crystal creatures with limited native Force ability.
The Khyber Crystal "magical" healing for force users and friends
An artifact from Barris-Kul, inspired by old, old school-Star Wars like Splinter of the Minds Eye.
The Khyber crystal (in my campaign, anyway) allowed Force users to accelerate healing for themselves or their comrades - but doing so comes with a dark, temporary cost.
Skill Feats (Eric Etkin's Wacky House Rules)
In order to accommodate my more "Feat" and 'Edge" minded players, I created a simple system and list leverages off the existing D6 skill system to create "Feats."
In WEG, Feats are essentially treated as skills - you can use them with core Abilities, just like normal skills, and you can upgrade them with XP, just like other skills.
I'll make no attempt to pass these off as balanced or tested - it's merely one of a few ideas I tried to implement in our WEG campaign.
Hopefully they'll be of use to someone, or maybe inspire something new. I think the idea itself is solid - we just didn't play the game long enough to dive into it.
