"Welcome to WarpWorld, third in the TimeLords system of roleplaying games. The first, TimeLords, covered time and dimensional travel, and provided basic rules for role-playing in any time period or milieu. A general system, it was designed to have a universal appeal, giving the GM free rein over the type of campaign they chose to run. SpaceTime advanced the system into the future, covering high-tech in more detail, for GM's interested in science-fiction role-playing in general, or the cyberpunk genre in particular. WarpWorld finishes off the system, providing a rich and extremely unusual 'post holocaust' background, with the benefit of detailed rules for lower-tech adventuring, and a complete, coherent and fairly rational magic system. Special effort has been made to streamline what is admittedly, a complex and highly realistic set of rules. As with all games in this system, use only the level of detail you feel comfortable with. And, no rule is set in stone. If you don't like a rule, modify it or throw it out."
