In Glitter Nomic players assume the roles of elected representatives of political districts. They gather in committee to make and pass motions and to allocate the national budget. The game is quite distinctive because the rules are presented as a series of videos.
There are "rules of order" for the debate, but otherwise the game is entirely free-form. Play can remain as a tabletop excursion or may proceed as a live-action roleplay. One of the (few) hard rules, however, mandates that characters must stand up when making a motion or a motion to amend.
