The Alarm Dancers are strange robotic beings that live in the land of Timbukthree. They are wild and dangerous, but also pretty good dancers. They can DEVOUR SOULS with their hypnotic dancing, and have etch-a-sketch faces. They can transform into anything they sketch.
Ollop, the hero of this story, has come to the land of Timbukthree to secure a troupe of Alarm Dancers for a dance competition. He knows that their powerful dancing abilities will win the competition, and all of the monies. Ollop must pacify the Alarm Dancers by shaking their etch-a-sketch heads.
The Questgiver is a strange old man who watches over Timbukthree. He does not like being called Questgiver. His real name is #(@$@&#%@#%&@%*#@$, but it is unpronounceable to mortals. Questgiver wants to see the Alarm Dancers turn from their predatory dancing to a more respectable profession, and is helping Ollop in his quest. However, he also wants a fair fight, so he acts as a referee.
Who will win this epic struggle? No one knows. However, most people agree on one thing: In the end, everyone probably gets a brownie.
