MULRAH v0.4 (aka "Microlite11") was the first version to be based on Microlite20, essentially turning it into a point-buy system. Although it hasn't been playtested, it's basically the same as Microlite20, so it should work fine.
Characters have three attributes: Strength, Dexterity, Mind. These can either be randomly determined or bought from a set pool of points.
Starting characters have 11 Character Points to spend on various traits (including 6 for a Class, or 4 for a Race). These points can also be spent on the four skills: Physical, Subterfuge, Knowledge, Communication.
Skill checks are made by adding the roll of a twenty-sided die to the skill value (with any appropriate adjustments), aiming to exceed a Difficulty Class.
This RPG differs from Microlite20 primarily in that attributes and traits may be bought with points.
