Began as a professional in comics in 1988, at age 14, at first participating in illustrations for comic books that offered space for the reader’s art.
Soon began performing work as an illustrator for publishing houses such as Press, D’Arte and others.
In 1995, start publishing at the north-american comics publishers: Image Comics, Marvel Comics, and Dark Horse Press. For the latter, developed the official adaptation for manga of the animated series Digimon.
In 2006, your work with writer Brian Pulido in Texas Chainsaw Massacre Mini-Series (published on Avatar Press) are nominated as BEST SCREEN-TO-COMIC ADAPTATION, on the TV SCREAM AWARDS.
Has been teaching comics classes since 1994 in partnership with the government of Rio Grande do Sul, besides teaching at UNISINOS (Sequential Art, Concept Art and Comercial/Artistic Illustration), and working as penciller to DC Comics.
