Alex Walton is an illustrator with many diverse styles, drawing upon his life’s experiences and exploration of the world to inform his artwork. He was born in Jamaica, moved to England, then finally settled in British Columbia, Canada. Here, he learned to appreciate nature and the outdoors. He studied art and earned a degree in Natural Resource Management. He has continued to travel the world, visiting Europe, Central and South America and South East Asia. He has sold his whimsical paintings in Canada, across theUS, and Germany. Some of his influences include Arthur Rackham, Gerald Scarfe, and the characters of Charles Dickens.
