If it wasn’t for Julius Rosenstein, there might not be a Palladium Books®. It was Julius who introduced Kevin Siembieda to role-playing games back in 1979. Julius was a regular at the Detroit Gaming Center, was one of the infamous Defilers, Xarxar, and has play-tested most of Palladium’s role-playing games, including The Mechanoid Invasion®, the Palladium Fantasy RPG®, Heroes Unlimited™, Robotech®, Ninjas and Superspies™, Beyond the Supernatural™, and Rifts®.

As fate would have it, Julius would come to work at Palladium Books in 1991 as shipping and receiving manager, proofreader, contributing writer, play-tester, and Game Master. As a Game Master, there are few better. Some of Julius’ writing appears in Villains Unlimited™, Rifts® Lone Star™, Rifts® Federation of Magic™, Naruni™ Wave 2, The Rifter® and others. He most recently contributed adventure ideas in Thundercloud Galaxy™. Julius also runs the Palladium warehouse and is responsible for shipping and receiving all orders. If you have ordered anything from Palladium in the last two decades, you have Julius to thank for getting it into your hands.

What most people don’t know about this friendly punster and storyteller is that he is also a Third Degree Black Belt in Aikido and Aikibuki, so watch your step!

A native of Detroit’s west side, Julius went to Wayne State University where he earned himself a degree in Business. He is a whiz with numbers and loves games, puzzles and puns of all kinds. On top of that, according to Kevin, Jules is a real life Paladin.
