orn in northern California in 1949, which makes me kind of old. Moved to southern California in 1977 and have lived in the High Desert, about an hour out of L.A. ever since. Got married in 1967 to Miss Pat and we have been married forever. Went through a tour of Vietnam and have worked for the past 25 years or so as an auto mechanic. I was retrained last year to work on computers because my left hand underwent surgery.
I got into roll playing in the late 70's and met Christine Morgan and her mom Laurie in about 1980 I believe. My wife and two boys were already roll playing with me and the following year Chrissy and her mom joined us along with a couple of other people. I was Christine's first GM and got her into Tarot cards. In other words, I helped wrap her into the woman she is today, LOL. After she went off to college at Humboldt the rest of us continued to play AD&D for awhile but eventually people just drifted away and could no longer find the time to play.
I have always loved to write, create, and plain just use my mind for all sorts of things but my love for writing has been with me since early high school. I have been into computers since the Vic-20 days but not until 1998 did we have a computer that could get us on the internet, or allow us to receive e-mail. After we were up and running I got into 4 or 5 online fantasy roll playing games and then I started my own called Jendanni.
Until last year I was a big Magic the Gathering fan, just couldn't afford to play anymore! I love the art of Luis Arroyo and playing just about any type of game that doesn't call for physical exertion! And I have a thing for maps. I love a good map, whether to just look at, or to draw! Maps are way cool!
