The Art Credits on the contents page incorrectly credits Jack Herman with all of the art for The Mad Scientist, the included Villains & Vigilantes adventure. The illustrations for the adventure (but not necessarily the maps) were actually done by Patrick Zircher, and feature his distinctive "Z" signature.
