After TC15, John Baillie decided to wrap up Trollcrusher, but it was resurrected by Laurence Miller who took over editorship and publication with this issue.
Laurence instituted a policy of retyping all articles in Trollcrusher rather than just publish them as sent in by contributors. This was to ensure a standard level of quality in the articles.

Dating the month of publication of Trollcrushers gets difficult after this point since Laurence stopped including copy dates and the publication frequency changed with TC16. This issue was most likely published January or February of 1979.
For this reason the Primary name of Trollcrusher no longer includes the month of publication from this point forward. As an aside, this was not untypical of UK fanzines of the period which often had intermittent publication schedules.
