Physical Qualities
The skreek are short, hunched, bat-like humanoids. Their exaggerated frames sport broad upper torsos, narrow hips, and oversized feet. Their fur ranges in color from light gray to chestnut brown to nightblack. The clawed hands of a skreek are surprisingly dexterous. They move with a quiet, creepy grace and, when not in motion, achieve a preternatural stillness. Skreek ancestors lost their wings long before the race achieved sentience; a vestigial remnant appears in the form of a pronounced underarm membrane.
