Im Reich der Phantasie was a sized down version of the Midgard core rules designed for beginners and newcomers to the Midgard world. It contained two books, Buch der Regeln (Book of Rules) and Buch der Abenteuer (Book of Adventures).
The Book of Adventures contained three adventures:

Unter den Nebelbergen (Under the Misty Mountains)
Über den Perellion-Paß (Over the Perellion Pass)
Die Insel des Widdergottes (The Island of the God Ram)

The rules of this boxed set included only four basic character classes, the warrior, the adventurer, the priest and the mage up to level 5.
