Immer häufiger kommt es an der Straße entlang des Dämmerwaldes zu Überfällen. Auf die vermutlich ein halbes Dutzend große Bande ist eine Belohnung von 50 Goldmünzen pro Kopf ausgesetzt. Man empfiehlt den Charakteren zum Pelzzacken zu ziehen, einer steilen, begehbaren Felsspitze inmitten des weiträumigen Dämmerwaldes, da sie von hier das gesamte Areal gut überblicken können und so vielleicht einen Anhaltspunkt finden.
