Amakun is saved for the time being, and the heroes have come a good deal closer to the cure for the blood disease in Porto Velvenya. But Burdu's grip closes tighter and tighter around the Xo'Artal. The heroes and their allies set off to the north to locate and destroy the origin of the curse. Their journey takes them to the coas , where they have the Nanshemu impose an additional burden on them that could hold the key to further development of Uthuria for all Aventurians. Finally, the heroes reach the feuding twin cities Tipoxatl and Itocatl whose cobwebs of murderous intrigue and open warfare are torn in a great battle and reveal the true face of the enemy.
The second part of the book expands the culture of Xo'Artal with the description of the Twin Cities with their secrets from the past and present, as well as the game world Uthuria with other creatures and cultures, adventure ideas and hints for the DM. In addition, the modified Porto Velvenya is presented at the end of the book, so that you can continue playing there.
