Hey All! I wanted to introduce my Willpower Wheel for Cypher Horror games as an alternative to the "Horror Mode" option.
Each player has one for their PC. You print it and then cut it out in a circle and place a large paper clip on the edge to mark where the player's PC is currently.
When they are faced with horrors they make a Willpower check (Intelligence check). If they FAIL they must move counterclockwise on the Wheel, moving further into Uncertainty. If they SUCCEED then they have the option (not required) to move clockwise on the Wheel, potentially moving further into Confidence. Going too far in EITHER direction can lead to unwanted consequences (Berzerk/Catatonic).
Players choose the Effect as they move around the Wheel, giving them some control over how their PC...
