During development of White Lies, we tended to overthink things. Game balance... difficult and elusive. Especially in a world when a bullet can end a rookie agent in a single moment. In any given session, it may be your bluffing skills which win the day. Or your investigative prowess. So game balance becomes a bit of a complex subject.
