The game adapts the concepts of the motion picture Fight Club into a table-top role-playing game intended for play in a single session. Character generation involves randomly drawing Frustration Cards and then building a few character statistics around them. Play proceeds with an individual character (thus, player) having narrative focus and the remaining players acting in support roles. Then, the focus switches to another character.
