This storytelling game involves an unusually large amount of pregame setup, involving all players. First, players collaboratively create and populate the "world" (setting), using an intriguing system of generating random words and then constructing defining sentences from them. These become the basis for the world (the "Seeds"). Next, players collaboratively generate the "Situation" of the world by focusing on the intersections created by plotting the "Seeds". Next, a Map is created, and then the outline of the Plot. At this point, phased play begins in turns known as "Chapters". Characters, defined only by narrative, have and spend various tokens to influence narrative developments.
