Character creation involves selecting a Class (The Core, Doom Wailer, Fat Bottom, Gun Witch, Order of Metal Monk, or Shred Master), distributing a points pool into Stats (Attributes), including Agility, Intelligence, Might, and Metal. Characters select a number of Skills and distribute points into them. Characters also have and gain Abilities as they gain levels. A variety of derived attributes are also calculated. Opposed action resolution involves a modified 2d6 roll compared against a target.
The fairly typical game system is coupled with a humorous and "over the top" quasi-science fiction setting with numerous major elements derived from the heavy metal music scene.
